We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Truck Technician to join our Workshop Department — someone who thrives on diagnosing and solving mechanical challenges, but prefers working in a clean, modern environment without the strain of full heavy-duty trucking.
🔍 Your Role:
- Take a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs
- Perform service and repairs on diesel engines, commercial vehicles, and light equipment
- Accurately select the right diagnostic tools and techniques for each job
- Work independently while contributing to a high-performance team
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of diesel trucks and heavy equipment engines

Perform overhauls and repairs to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with precision
- Execute regular maintenance tasks to uphold performance standards
- Efficiently replace and install new parts as needed
Must Have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position
- MTS (Autotechniek) diploma or equivalent
- Driving license B&C
- Ability to work independent, based on performance
- Good communication skills & strong personalityÂ
Nice to have
- Open to learn and grow into a senior role

- Able to train and teach other colleagues
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with DMS software
