Minimum Requirements and Key Responsibilities
As our Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth process of buying a vehicle for each of your clients. Your responsibilities will include
- Lead the entire sales cycle, providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales objectives, qualifying customer needs and finding tailored solutions.
- Take clients on test drives, showcasing the quality and features of our vehicles.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
Must-Haves
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamento).
Nice to-Have
- Previous sales experience and a proven track record in closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer relationships efficiently.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and product insight.
- Analytical skills to understand customer trends and improve sales strategies.
